By accessing or using apCupid Social (website, mobile application, or related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

apCupid is an invite-only subscription platform that enables verified content creators to monetize their audience through paid subscriptions, exclusive content, and direct fan experiences.

The Platform is intended for professional creators and their subscribers.

3.1 For Creators

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be invited and approved by the apCupid team.
• Must provide accurate KYC, tax, and payout details.
• Must comply with Indian laws and payment regulations.

3.2 For Subscribers

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must provide valid payment details.
• Agree not to redistribute creator content.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any account at our discretion.

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• All activities under your account.
• Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date.

apCupid is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access.

5.1 Subscription Model

Subscribers pay a recurring fee determined by the Creator.

5.2 Commission Structure

• Creator receives 80% of subscription revenue.
• apCupid retains 20% commission.
• If onboarded via Talent Manager, revenue may be split according to partnership agreements.

5.3 Payment Processing

• Payments processed via third-party gateways.
• apCupid does not store full card details.
• Transaction fees may apply.

5.4 Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Fraudulent or disputed payments may be reversed.

Payouts are processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis.

apCupid may withhold payouts in cases of policy violations, fraud investigations, or chargebacks.

7.1 Creator Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content.

7.2 License to Platform

By uploading content, you grant apCupid a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote content within the Platform.

7.3 Subscriber Restrictions

• No downloading, reproducing, or distributing content.
• No screenshotting or screen recording premium content.
• No commercial use of creator content.

• Illegal content
• Content involving minors
• Non-consensual explicit material
• Hate speech or violent content
• Content violating Indian IT laws
• Copyrighted material without permission

We may review content, suspend accounts, remove content, or restrict access without prior notice if policy violations are suspected.

All platform software, branding, logos, UI design, and technology are owned by apCupid and protected by intellectual property laws.

Accounts may be terminated for policy violations, fraud, payment abuse, or harm to brand reputation.

apCupid is not liable for creator income expectations, subscriber satisfaction, platform downtime, payment gateway failures, or third-party service issues.

Users agree to indemnify and hold apCupid harmless from legal claims, copyright violations, tax liabilities, or regulatory penalties due to user conduct.

Creators are responsible for reporting income, paying GST/income tax, and complying with Indian tax laws. apCupid may deduct TDS if required by law.

Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy and Indian data protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
